Having everyone on mics should help that a little, but i think getting a better idea of the map would help a ton.

I definetly wish there was a mini-map with icons to show where your teammates are. It would definetly help.

back a few pages there is a post that has all the maps on it, it even shows where the weapons are. If your a true :nerd: you will print these out, laminate them and keep them in front of you while playing so that you know where everything is.

Man, 5 days away and I was very rusty. Otis has become a ridiculous uber :nerd: in that short time.

Orcinus actually kills people now. Very strange. Need to practice before the tourney.

 
EABell was playing like a 5 digiter during one of the games, I mean he was in full Niloc mode. Then with 15 seconds left and at a 2 to 1 disadvantage he turns into superman and blows away Otis and Icycrotch. :lmao:

GDB being in the middle of firing up the hammer and getting a message that I'm no longer connected to xbox live, my modem had a hicup and went offline for a minute.

Not sure if this has been discussed before but....

I found out a little something while playing this morning. Apparently the bug that causes your mic/headset to go out is related to when you join the match. If you join the match while everybody is in the lobby, your headset won't go out. However, if you join a match while a round is in progress, your headset will often go out.

Hopefully they will have a patch out pretty soon. I hate playing with people who don't or can't talk.

One thing I read was if you are the first 8 into a room it's fine.But if one guy leaves and is replaced by someone else - all the replacements can't be heard.I could hear everybody just fine but had to use my gun to point people out and if I ended up getting left I couldn't signal anyone that I was under attack :lol:

That is exactly what happened to me. I joined you guys but I couldn't talk (I could hear though).
 
At one point yesterday during the afternoon game Orcinus put his wife on the mic and while she sounded good on the mic the :lmao: part evah occurred a few seconds in.........................................................

She goes Dana, I mean what is your special name you go by at which time the rest of us just bust out with a loud :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: and when he doesn't reply right away she says "man your such a nerd" and once again she just starts to make fun of him left and right.

is that what is is??? it was KILLING me last night. i spent more the my first two games messing with the mic and screaming "CAN YOU HEAR ME????" it was the suck. i couldn't hear anyone and no one me. my team's mics where coming in over my tv speakers but they were all garbled. without info you in lots of problems in that game.

What I do to let people know im under attack is start bleeding. Doesn't work very good, but im working on it. :thumbup:

That was my sister-in-law, not my wife. The two of them sat in the kitchen playing cards and burst out laughing every time I said something into the mic.

That, my friends, is why you don't let your wife watch while you play. I have been ridiculed enough in my PC gaming to have learned that lesson. Squad :nerd: taactics are not to be trifled with, though.

I couldn't find the free 48 hour Live offer with the game, but I sould have a gold card coming in the mail today. If I get it in time I am going to create the gamer tag Quezilla if it is already taken, it wil be another variation of quez or something. Will post if it comes in.

 
Go to xbox.com and you can create the tag on your 'puter, Q. Then, once you get LIVE hooked up, you can go and claim the tag via your 360.
