Anyone into house/trance music? I'm obsessed, and have been for nearly 20 years. I know it was more "in" like 25+ years ago (raves, anyone?), but as with most things, I'm always late to the ballgame.

Anyone still love to go get their groove on? Speaking of groove, Groove is a classic underground movie from like 25 years ago that encapsulated the whole movement when it was really getting popular.

If you're a basshead like me, who are some of your favorites? My go-to's are: John Digweed, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk... some good "new" ones are Boris Brejcha, Nora en Pure...

I enjoy it when it's on but no nothing about it and don't typically seek it out. Not sure I could really differentiate between house, trance, techno, deep house, etc

All the Global Underground series are great from the 90's. Sasha and Digweed did a few. I'm kind of over any modern trance. That 90's original trance still has a place in my heart.

The last decade or so I've been in on Breakbeats, Jungle, and drum and bass.

Yeah the "classic" trance from the 90's - 00's are definitely my favorite.

Used to be bigger into it in my high school/college days. Liked all the usual suspects; Tiesto, Armin, Ferry Corsten, Deadmau5 (actually saw him at a pool party in Vegas once, that was cool), Prydz, etc.. I'll throw the older stuff on here and there. Newer stuff it depends. Idk why but lately I've been drawn to more industrial/dark house/techno. Almost like a cyberpunk type of style if you will. This is a jam that just feels right for the current state of the world. Trouble In Paradise

Somewhere in the 90s I finally got fed up with rock of my youth and started checking out more electronic music. The drum & bass genre in particular became my favorite to listen to on late night drives.
