If Johnson used a cheerleader again I'm sure he'd be flagged.It makes no sense to say, you can't go to the ground but feel free to run through and past the end zone 10-15 yards (whatever it is) and jump into the stands for 10 or so seconds. The only reason it isn't flagged is because it is a 'tradition'.
