Not sure what he was trying to say, but the only time to me that Madden sounds like a good announcer is when he talks about the offensive line.
 
Steeler secondary can be picked apart if they don't get to the QB with the blitz. I mean, how open were Heap and Mason? So far, Raven O-Line doing an amazing job. Steelers better find a way to get in Wright's face or I'm in trouble with the Steeler D tonight. Amazing that the Ravens can look like crap every single game this year, and the one night I supposedly have a sweet matchup....

 
Can anyone read lips? What was Anthony Wright saying (to Derrick Mason I believe)?

the first thing he said was "That's f'd up!" I suppose meaning don't alert everyone to how much I suck please Mr. Mason.

And of course when i'm against Stover and the Balt D the Steelers go in to Meltdown mode :hot: :hot: :hot:

Every home Pitt game I watch, the announcers eventually bring up how hard it is to kick field goals at Heinz Field.
 
Jamal's stats look OK, 3 for 22, but he's got some huge holes to run through. Maybe he'll actually "try" this week? Pitt wasn't stacking the line so that isn't an excuse right now.

Right, huge holes. That's why he got hit 4 yards behind the goalline on the play where he fumbled. Jamal is running hard this week. He looks healthy for the first time this year. And yeah, it does help that his line is actually blocking once in awhile.

Jamal had a huge hole to run through on 1 play - the 14-yard gain. That's it. Besides that, he's fighting his way for every extra yard. This o-line sucks.

The pass blocking has been pretty good tonight. Only one or two plays with any pressure on Wright so far. Not many holes for Jamal though. :shrug:

H. Ward looks pretty good. FWP has done well so far...They'll get another crack this half, perhaps hurry-up offense.
