Official MNF WEEK 8 Thread - Ravens - Steelers (1 Viewer)

Pretty cool. Im up near the top of a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh watching the game on TV and I swear the fireworks just went off next to my window.

Sam Ryan's zits are in the same place they were last week. You'd think they'd use makeup to cover them, or at least move them around a bit.

Al said hit "his calf" what a wuss it clear that he "smacked that rump". Al is is P.C. fairy.

Ravens converting more 3rd downs tonight than the entire season combine. Only being a little sarcastic. C'mon Steeler D, make a freakin' stop!

Is it me or are the mighty steelers struggling to pull away from a 2-4 team who's scored only 69 points all season?

:towelwave:
This may come as a surprise, but in the NFL elite teams sometimes get a matchup that is tough for them, 2-4 or not. Kinda like the SB winning Patriots needing overtime to beat the lowly Texans.

A. Wright sure does whine a lot.
Yeah...everytime he throws a ####ty pass he #####es at the receivers....they must love that. He really isn't very good at all. The ball looks pretty in the air, until it flies 10 yards over the head of the intended receiver.

I must say Heath Miller (rat *******) is turning into a nice TE. He fits that offense very, very well. He's now scored in 5 of 7 games. Not too shabby!

:lmao: at implying this year's patriots are the same squad as the one that won the superbowl Good stuff
I was talking about the 2003 Patriots that went 14-2 and won the Super Bowl, but almost lost to the 5-11 Texans in week 12.The 2005 Pats haven't even played the Texans.

And since we're talking about the Patriots...

The 2004 Patriots, also 14-2 and winning the Super Bowl, lost to the 4-12 AJ Feeley led Dolphins that stunk up the joint last year.

Dominant teams get tough challenges out of nowhere sometimes. As long as this isn't a habit for Pittsburgh, it's nothing to worry about.

Nice impersonation. I actually thought it was Cowher at first and was wondering why he would do that to the camera.

Sportsline owners take note...Does the Pittsburgh DST receive -2 for that punt return fumble? I'm in a very close battle with an owner who has that defensive unit.

What's everyone think of Jamal Lewis tonight?
doing okay....seems to have kept the tippie toes relatively under wraps. Chester Taylor has looked much better though.
I don't think so. Taylor has looked better catching the ball and running with it, but that's to be expected. I think Lewis is looking awful good in this game.

Good lord....i'm now only up by .9 points....any sack, TO, FG, or PA and i'm done. unless Steelers score a frigging touchdown, that would knock him 3 more back.

Quite a game here. And random stat, but Mason has as many points this week as Chad Johnson does in 99% of leagues...against a much tougher defense.
