Full disclosure, I went to Michigan State. I can't stand large chunks (the arrogant part) of the Michigan fan base. The OSU thing is basically an enemy of my enemy is my friend thing. Anything to give it to Michigan honks. My Schembechler hatred (noted in the UM thread) stemmed from my youth and his arrogance..I was a Spartan fan growing up. The guy created the whole "Michigan Man" garbage stressing loyalty, etc. and then fires one of the most iconic, beloved figures in Detroit sports.
