***Official OHIO STATE-MICHIGAN Thread*** (1 Viewer)

Haven't seen many tomahawk chops (is that new?) or You Suck chants behind their band jamming to a 3rd down stop since like the 2nd Osu drive.

So wasn't able to watch the game today for the most part. What is the big difference between this week and last for this offense? Did they hand play calling duties over to someone new?

Michigan personnel in the trenches isn't what MSU has. No depth...got tired. Perplexed by the run for some reason.

Both coordinators were together in the press box. Don't know if that helped or not. The weather wasn't horrific. They fed #15 between the tackles AND outside, which makes defending the read (and full blown option sprints today) difficult and allowed them to utilize play action passes. Michigan isn't Michigan State.

I'm late to the thread and we got our ### kicked but dude went down with no Time Outs left so it seemed awfully suspicious
Hmm, I thought they did.

Not sure why they'd want to run a play down there with McMillan out.
That is the thing. No way they would not want him out there. As he hobbled to the sideline, they booed him. He struggled even more to the sideline and they booed more.

It was third down for Michigan. There was a minute left. He is OSU's leading tackler. Exactly what do you think he was trying to accomplish by "faking an injury" which required him to sit out the next play?

Get time to scheme for the play

Maybe he had some scratch on Michigan.

Pretty sure they would have had someone else, perhaps someone NOT the team's leading tackler, if they wanted to do that. But I get it. Hard to face reaching Philadelphian levels of classlessness booing an injury. Better to try and justify it in your mind.

I'm Guessing 95% of the fans had no idea what a star was and were just booing the stoppage in play at at a fishy time

I was at the opposite end of the stadium so didn't have a great view

OSU offense is so hot and cold.  Anything can happen in my mind.  We can put up 50 on any team or sputter and look like we did this past week.  What I do know, if its rainy/snowy and windy...we are in trouble.

All depends on if Speight plays. If not, you're right, the O is bad.

If he does play, M has a shot.
M has way more than a shot.  Playing in the Shoe helps the Buckeyes.  I expect them to win ,  but I expect a close game that either team could win . It's not going to be a 64-3 blowout.

Xy favorite week of the year....Beat Xichigan Week is upon us!

This should be a great, physical gaXe.  I like what Harbaugh is building up north as it helps reinforce the coXpetitiveness of this gaXe.  When one teaX continues to win every year, I feel like the rivalry is diXinished.  Don't get Xe wrong, I still love seeing tOSU beat the crap out of TTUN, but seeing a coXpetitive slobberknocker of a gaXe in the process provides such a greater feeling when the Buckeyes win!

O - H !
