This pre-game was making me sick, but then I held it together and loved the anthem with the fans making the flag. That was sweet. :thumbup:

 
Great game so far, Saints D playing hard.

Rodgers moving the ball down the field effortlessly. Reminds me of the Pats, almost mechanical, see if it can continue with the Saints laying big hits down.

 
Ooof. I benched Grant because of rumors he would split time with James Starks.

But it's all Grant so far. And he looks good, catching, running, and picking up the blitz.

I highly doubt Starks will eat into his time this season. Grant looks back.

Im hoping Ingram has a big night. Had Hightower in all week then switched them 5 minutes before the game. I couldnt sit Ingram in his nationally televise 1st NFL game :football:

Grant looks good. Starks would appear overrated.

 
Here's the thing: I don't think the Saints D is chopped liver.

The Packers offense is just that good. They were unstoppable in the playoffs, and now that they have Grant and Finely back, they're even more deadly. It really does look like 2007 Patriots.

I would quit worrying about benching him in week 1 and be happy you have him on your team likely as a RB4

RB3, but it's a dynasty league. I took him in the fourth round last year.

It may have been the gameplan, but as most of the hawks knew already, Grant is a much better back than a guy who ran under 4 yards a carry with the best passing game keeping defenses honest. Starks is overrated. Grant is the real deal. He'll be getting 80% of the carries by week 2 or 3. :moneybag:
