Cleveland was saying out of stock since the beginning. Got Detroit a minute in or so. Still can't get Cleve.
edit: ended up getting Cleve, something must have been wrong at the site. just have to keep hitting the ticket then when a buy pops up get it quick.

You won't know where your tickets are until day of show. But, they are prioritized by member number (no waiting in line for 5 hrs to ensure you get the best tix)Psyched about that, as my # is 116XXX

The more obscure the venue, the closer you will be. So, planning to go to faraway shows can be a good idea (Newfoundland!).

I was thinking that, but I want to go to Oz/NZ, so I am not making plans for the states, except whatever comes through here. My advice if your getting tickets today or on the 12th/13th...
-- out of stock does not mean there are no tickets. keep hitting the ticket link until you see 'buy'. don't click too quick or you miss the 'buy'.
-- go after the show you want first. if you don't get it quick, move along, buy another show, then go back to the first. obviously, detroit was not in as much demand (although i did not know that at the time), so i purchased it quick. then it took another 40 minutes to get my 'buy' for cleveland.
-- it is risky to load up your cart with more than one show. i know people where the site crapped and logged them out when they went to pay with multiple shows, then when they logged back in their cart was empty. i think they still got tickets though.

I was a Ten Club member before the Evenflow video came out. Let my membership lapse 10-11 years ago because they hadn't played any shows in the NY area for years and I didn't have a record player.

Those Chicago dates look great. Vedder has some roots there, where he lived early on. I guess his old man was a lounge singer there, too. Anyway, there have been some great shows in that city. So, looking at the CUBS schedule reveals the Nats in town for a three game series.
May 15 (night), May 16 (night), May 17 (day).
What's more, the Cubs are AT the SOX on Friday, May 18 (day).
Anybody remember Vedder singin' "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" @ Wrigley?
Christ, two Pearl Jam shows, a spring day at Wrigley, a Cubs/Sox tilt, and then a weekend in Chicago... VERY tempting.

Its July 22nd. And I may be going to that one. It just so happens I was planning on taking a trip to Seattle that began on the 22nd. I may fly in a day early and catch this one.Its a total bummer that they haven't announced any Southern dates though. Cincy is 6 hours from me and is on a Saturday, so I may try to catch that one.]

I would love to do Vegas, but something tells me the wife wouldn't take kindly to using my paternity leave for a concert road trip.
The fact that the largely western second leg excludes AZ is either troubling or a big break for me timing-wise.

Sweet! PJ and TP. Too bad they are not playing at Red Rocks in Colorado. I really would have liked to see a show there. I will be going to the July 2nd show since I am going to a AAA Sky Sox/Beavers game on the 3rd.
