NFC +3.5 to da bank!
NFC +3.5 to da bank!

When I was a kid, I used to enjoy the Pro Bowl more than the Super Bowl. I liked the whole camaraderie thing. Guys with different helmets all working as one. Guys on teams which hate one another working together. I admit that it just doesn't seem to be the same anymore. I remember the Pro Bowls with Jim Hart playing for the NFC and Dan Fouts for the AFC. It felt like it meant more back in the 70s. Probably because the old-timers really NEEDED the winning game check.Well, my son wants to watch.....
I agree, it just isn't the same. Maybe it was the innocence of youth....I've tried to think of a better option than this game, but aside from flag football, I can't really come up with anything. The only two thoughts I had were Senior Bowl vs. an NFL team or just a skills challenge (a la the HR Derby). They already have a skills challenge as part of the Pro Bowl weekend. It's a snooze-fest.I'd definitely watch a college all-star team play an NFL team, but the NFL team would have no incentive to play the game.I agree, it just isn't the same. Manning's played in, like, 64 Pro Bowls. He's seen it before.I didn't know this...
In the Pro-Bowl corners can't use press coverage unless inside the 5-yard line. Darryl Johnston: "Al Harris always plays press coverage"![]()
It's interesting how Manning realized that right off the bat and took advantage of his unfamiliar coverage stance.
Yeah. At least they showed up in one of the last two games they played in.it's great to see the pats O-linemen at the pro bowl
Losing coach of the Conference Championship is the ProBowl coach.why is norv the AFC coach?
