at 140 this fight would be over. Interested in seeing if crawford can get the KO. I think he can but horn is eating these shots.
And it took until the 5th before he landed his first elbow.Horn looks gassed already!
Maybe so, but from what I've read, I'm already paying roughly $12 a month for ESPN programming with my DTV package. Now you want me to pay another $5 on top of that so I can watch #### on my phone? Hard pass.I was going to say the same thing, but this new ESPN+ isnt just for boxing. Theyre overestimating this idea however id have to think, at least for boxing for sure. Theres no way they get good enough fights for fans to pay just for boxing, and id guess u could say that for most sports theyre crossing thei fingers on.
i think this is the next big fight. But yea not until 2019/2020 i bet. I suspect Crawford gets the winner of garcia/porter, or faces someone else if thurman gets that. Then after he has gone through them, we would see him fight spence(but i could see them making us wait). There are so many options though at 147. I want to see crawford khan. that would be interesting to me.As expected, Crawford smashed a horribly overmatched Horn. Can a Crawford-Spence fight be on the horizon ? perhaps in 2019...one can hope.
Santa Cruz outworked and out-accurated Mares. A Santa Cruz/ Gary Russell fight would be fun.
Charlo going the distance with Trout was curious as Trout managed to weather the early onslaught. That 113-113 scorecard is shameful.
That rules. So a few months ago i had Marvin Haglers image tattood onto my forearm...hes easily my favorite fighter and was the sole reason i ever laced up a pair of boxing gloves at the age of 15....now 40 years later hes on my arm in honor of his impact on my life...this is the tat
so every year in go to the International Boxing hall of fame for the inductions....this year my goal was to have Marvin Hagler autograph my tat...and he did.....this is a video of him signing it...he loved it
i then had my tat guy tattoo directly over his signature and this is the end result
im extremely happy with the results

funny side note ...I asked Hagler if he recognized what fight that tat was from...he looked for about 5 seconds or so and said The hearns fight...Tommy Hearns was just a few feet away lol....i looked to see if he heard Hagler...he didntPinkydaPimp said:thats a sick tat!
Thats awesome. I need to make a trip out to that event one year. Do they let everyone get that close to the HOFers?funny side note ...I asked Hagler if he recognized what fight that tat was from...he looked for about 5 seconds or so and said The hearns fight...Tommy Hearns was just a few feet away lol....i looked to see if he heard Hagler...he didnt
he wont. KO or no win. Same as last time. I think this time GGG knows Canelo isnt as powerful as he perceived and doesnt have to be as cautious as he was early on. But Canelo is smart and slick and he should learn from the first one. It will be a good fight. Will Canelo have power without the peds tho?Golovkin rematching that one guy in September. Hopefully he gets a fair shake this time.
yes the fighters are very accessible....you can run into them at this famous bar right next to the hall of fame called Grazianos...literally drinking beers and shots with some of them.Thats awesome. I need to make a trip out to that event one year. Do they let everyone get that close to the HOFers?
GGG's body attack (or lack thereof) is what I'll be looking for early on. If he can put in work down there I think it'd staunch a potential late Canelo rally. He might not be able to get the stop, but he can prevent a comeback and seal off a win, assuming that the cards are fair.he wont. KO or no win. Same as last time. Agreed. I’ll def watch if i get home in time. Otherwise I’ll dvr it. Anything interesting on the undercard?Anyone watching tonight? I like Spence a lot so if I'm home, I'll watch, even if I think Ocampo has a <1% shot to win
Got to watch the P4P bests whenever you get the chance imo.Anyone watching tonight? I like Spence a lot so if I'm home, I'll watch, even if I think Ocampo has a <1% shot to win
Eh. Roman/Flores should be OK? For all of their fighters, PBC doesn't really have a deep bench of prospects, the way that TR or GB do.Agreed. I’ll def watch if i get home in time. Otherwise I’ll dvr it. Anything interesting on the undercard?
Hope Ocampo makes it interesting at least. Al has been sleeping with building his guys in their hometowns.Spence about to smash
Not sure Ocampa has the goods. I've never seen him but Spence is special.Hope Ocampo makes it interesting at least. Al has been sleeping with building his guys in their hometowns.
So dangerousMan bud has his work cut out for him when he faces Spence. That boy can throw.
That would be my personal #1 match to see. Above Joshua-Wilder, well above GGG-Canelo 2.Man bud has his work cut out for him when he faces Spence. That boy can throw.
Same. Usyk/Gassiev is way up there for me too. That would be my personal #1 match to see. Above Joshua-Wilder, well above GGG-Canelo 2.
For a guy that got KO'd in round 1, he handled himself well.Thought Ocampo was fine in there until he got got. Even had him ahead in rd 1 when he got dropped.
I had him winning the round before he got dropped. For a guy that got KO'd in round 1, he handled himself well.
So disappointing...that was his major opportunity as far as American exposure, no?
Saucedo? So disappointing...that was his major opportunity as far as American exposure, no?
No, isn't the Irish boy the next great white hope?Saucedo?
i hate that i have to sign up and pay now. I did the free trial for buds fight. Now i may pay the $5 because i do want to see this one.So what is the verdict on ESPN+ fight coverage? I haven't pulled the trigger yet but Pac-Matthysse is Saturday.
Conlan? Huh, I meant to link to Saucedo/Lenny Z.No, isn't the Irish boy the next great white hope?
That there are not many options for me to watch ESPN+ on a big TV is a big drawback imo.So what is the verdict on ESPN+ fight coverage? I haven't pulled the trigger yet but Pac-Matthysse is Saturday.
Don’t most of the streaming devices have it?That there are not many options for me to watch ESPN+ on a big TV is a big drawback imo.
I'll pray a decade of the rosary for him...Conlan? Huh, I meant to link to Saucedo/Lenny Z.
But FWIW, yeah, Conlan doesn't seem terribly impressive. But still pretty early.
If you want evidence that the American boxing media is completely in the pocket, note how many times Conlan's mob ties have been mentioned stateside.I'll pray a decade of the rosary for him...
I could watch it on my TV thanks to the Amazon Firestick if I decide to bite the bullet...Don’t most of the streaming devices have it?
