Sorry, man. I think our sims have often had a first round series where a team goes up 2-0 and yet drops the series 3-2. The roulette wheel came up with my number this time.

Six unearned runs was a little much on Sparky's part, though.

I don't feel so bad now. 3 strong SP is the goal for 2015. depth a key too. dealing for Vargas and MGonzalez saved me, but I wish Medlen and Minor hadn't died on me and Homer Bailey disappointed out of the gate.

Congrats, SoCal. The 59-13 run to end the season (including playoffs) is easily the most impressive run in our FBG's WIS sim history. Makes me really wonder what the heck Sparky was doing with your team over the first 100 games or so. You didn't change anything up at that point? People pay more attention to your starters ... but it seemed to me that before your run, your offense was really, really bad (supressed by your park, as well). I bet you averaged a full run more per game over your hot streak than you had previously.

Made it to the second round of the TOC. Not sure how rodg12 is doing in his, if he got invited. It used to be that the second place team got an invite, also. I went down 0-2 in the best of 5 and thought I was out of it. Swept the last 3 to move to round 2.
