sorry guys. been at a computer for only like 10 minutes for the past couple days. may have some time this afternoon if not definitely tonight

Just had a kick ### business trip to LA, great meetings and speech, and now Virgin Atlantic to be back home for the weekend.

A weekend of relaxing, puffing and live sim preseason (if you ####### step up).

In short, I'm ecstatic, thank you very much.

Now, as I'll be in flight for 5 hours I'll be in sim live. Who wants a piece of the champ?

BTW, who are the "top 100" and "top 10" on WIS? On your profile page, it tells you what your record is against them. I have like 75 games against top 100, 74 of them against top 10.

Is Jfranco THAT much WIS royalty, because no idea who else I'd play that often to get to 74 games.

First Sim Matchup game against koya's squad. Koyaanisqatsi @ Pelicans, Cy Young vs. Cicotte.

13-0 Pelicans. Koyaanisqatsi with three errors and seven unearned runs allowed. :unsure: What's Roy Cullenbine doing in CF?

EDIT: 5 games simmed, alternating home fields and starting pitchers. Your squad is bleeding unearned runs ... 1-3 unearned runs every time.

EDIT2: 8 games simmed, ended up 6-2 vs. Koyaanisqatsi. Last two games, Koyaanisqatsi gave up no unearned runs.

I have plenty of good D outfielders... but I may have Cullenbine in CF at times when Im all in on offense. In live sim, it's not been a huge deal with that configuration. Haven't really figured out roles and all though.

Did you pick and choose starters? I have like six in there, but my rotation will be something like Young, Mays, Young, Mays, Ernie Shore.

It's funny, but I almost never use the Sim Matchups, like at all. May give it a new spin.

PS - Home. Tequila flowing. BRING IT ON.

I am unable to find other owners teams in the Sim Matchup. Can find ones not in our league under Sim League Teams, but no one here.

Any ideas?

Finally got lefty and right lineups set.

Searching under SIm League teams was correct ... but try using Owner name instead of Team Name (leave Team Name blank). Maybe because our league season hasn't started yet :shrug:

I tried that, didn't work. You were able to find me though ...

Unless you played against "Koyaanisqatsi" and not "The Champ" as the Koya team was my free season to get some early live going, and had only 8 of my starting position players, none of my bench, and some but not all of my pitching staff.

Ah ... yeah, that's what it was. I couldn't find "The Champ" ... thought you had changed your team's name Guess we can't SimMatchup our actual league teams until the schedule comes out.

Your non sequitor has nothing to do with this situation. There will never be a fair explanation for the debacle that was denial of fun last season, for no good reason.

If you really want to invoke last season, you may remember that the commish went against The Champ. And the WIS gods spoke. The Champ, won. Again.

Need moops to update his squad after his last few picks and Bogart and RnR to enter theirs. Then, we should be good to go.

Will probably just do divisions based on draft position. I'll do 4 random sequences of 4 numbers to assign the divisions.

 
Moops, you are treading on Larry_Boy territory.

And RnR not being signed up is a downright embarrassment. No more #####ing allowed.
