OFFICIAL WIS XVIII THREAD: An Ode to Claude Hendrix (1 Viewer)

2.6- RHP Don Sutton, 1970s

Pahk- Sportsman's Park (III)
One of my favs, was hoping he'd drop. Been great for me in these.
I remember him being particularly studly for me in one of these way back when. Probably not the best pitcher available, but I'm loyal.
He was in my top 2-3 available and since I have also had good runs with him, would have been my guy.
Was Wood on that list or did I take him too early?

Wood wasn't on my radar, but he's got a good track record in past WIS sims. Probably will be fine, depending on home park.

In the next tier for me, but very close and I'm sure others might have him up there or higher.

2.10 Jimmie Foxx 1B/C

Will decide which season later, but it's in the 30s either way.

And for the record I love WIS Joe Morgan. So much fun in simlive. Walk, steal second. All day.

I was hoping Sparty would narrow my choices for me, but he didn't. I'll go with:

2.11 - Alex Rodriguez, Abomination 2000s

Stadium:

HHH Metrodome, (Rest in Hell)

Two things I hate, yay!

Had my two stadium choices snipped. I'll refrain from commentary since it appears frowned upon.

avoiding injuries is off the clock and at a work dinner. Said he'd check in about 9 PM EST to make his pick.

NOOOOOO

Too early to skip anyway but thought clock went to 7? Meaning if your pick was up by then you are OTC.

Maybe for rounds moving forward?

If I had Musial, I'd probably be in the kind of mood to agree with you.

I texted him just to see if I can get a pick out of him.
Tell him Jack Morris is still available. (How can you be a hall of famer of you are completely off the WIS radar?)

Can you clean up the draft picks post please? Pretty please? Sugar on top if needed. :bye:
Hey RnR>remember back in the day when you worked in the Krispy Kreme frosting vault and you couldn't post your picks here? Remember who went to Google chat to get those picks and post them here along with numerous donut anecdotes?

That's right, your good buddy Dr D. :dipsdonut: in :coffee:
