Not sure about a Steroid Era pick on a Relief Pitcher, but I've never had him and I love the glasses.

Been thereI have great gas today. This guy I work with is hard of smelling and he is never able to taste my brew. It really makes me angry to be honest, but today he walked right into one and almost passed out.![]()
Anyone: did pumpnick take anyone yet with either of the picks he acquired from SoCal?Jesse Burkett OF 1890's good hit, suspect glove
Bruce Sutter P 1970's
Grabbing a reliever from the 70"s where there isn't as much depth.
i chortledStirnweiss does not look good in the #2 spot, for example.

They also played in 1891 and 1901The Brewers didn't start until 1970. Larry might have issues later on in the draft.

Do you like really old dudes YMTS?
I'm going to be very interested in seeing how this plays out. Love the idea.1. Henderson - R- 315/420/503

5th round value in the 8th round IMO8.10 Roy Campanella, C, 1950s
Excited about this pick, not so much because of Campy but because I'll get to use 1932 Foxx at 1B![]()

How has Burkett worked out for others? I was looking at him forever.3. OF Jesse Burkett - 797 PA's .409 / .486 / .524
No clue, but looked at his average performance on WIS and it was pretty good. How has Burkett worked out for others? I was looking at him forever.3. OF Jesse Burkett - 797 PA's .409 / .486 / .524
I think his 2002 SP season is probably his best value. Especially compared against other RP seasons out there. His 99 would be horrible value at this time.90s reliever version probably?Derek Lowe
If you replaced Thomas with Gwynn, I would have thought this was a Larry team.1. CF Roy Thomas - 729 PA's .327 / .453 / .365

I like my lineup so far. I might draft a power bat to hit clean-up, but Sisler has a .594 SLG so while he isnt hitting a ton of HR's he still has power. Need a solid 4th starter and a lot fo bullpen help.
Need a lefty, draft a Lefty.8.11 - Lefty O'Doul, OF 1920s
Need a lefty bat. Wish he could field better.
