When should we start drafting? week before, two weeks before? Looks like the last draft took about 10 days.

I posted in the World Cup thread but got like 3 interested responses so I didn't bother setting up a thread.

I don't mind commishing this but I am out of town for the first several days of the tournament, from 6/11 through late Monday night 6/16. I would need some very serious help during this time.

Pretty much, yes. It's more daunting than it sounds. I will create the thread today. Work got crazy yesterday.
