I have used MFL for 10 years running however one feature they don't have is a live auction. They have an extended auction version over several days which I don't care for. I really don't want to leave MFL because I enjoy their service overall but we have had owners now move away over the years and it's impossible to gather for a live draft. Can anyone recommend a service or website you have used to have a live auction draft?

Not sure if it is as extensive as you would like, but I believe that ESPN has auction drafts that you can set up that are real time.

ESPN's is the best for running the auction. You can then load the rosters into your MFL site. This is what I've been doing for the past couple of years.
