Online Prop Bets Talk (1 Viewer)

I searched and didn't really find anything to just discuss sports prop bets. I'm really new to it so would love a good conversation.

I gotta hit a 5000 dollar rollover so I'm going all in.

My first ever NBA bets were tonight.

Kevin Durant
Sacramento Kings @ Phoenix Suns
WILL HAVE OVER 38.5 PTS + REB + AST
Stake: $ 100
Returns: $ 180.00

Karl-Anthony Towns
Minnesota Timberwolves @ Portland Blazers
WILL HAVE AT LEAST 10 REB + AST
Stake: $ 100
Returns: $ 138.00

If you're any good at it, they will cut your limit to $1 per wager. These people are crooks.
Is that where my max bid is only 1 dollar? That would be horrible.

Honestly the best way to hit a $5000 rollover would probably be 5000 $1 bets where the odds where even out and you'll just lose the vig.

I've still got $25k left on my rollover. Need a YOLO bet soon.

Can’t you do this on blackjack instead?

I have a similar question. I joined an online sports book and my first bet was guaranteed up to $100. So I bet $100 on a +850 proposition: Devin Booker & De'Aaron Fox each Over 29.5 Points, Phoenix Suns to Win. 2 of the 3 hit and Booker had 25 so it was close.

Anyway, I now have a $100 bonus bet so I'm planning to take the Celtics tonight at -1000 to turn that 100 bonus into 110 in cash. Just verifying that's the correct play - take the shortest odds possible and let it ride. I guess 10 bets of $10 with the shortest odds would be better, but I don't think I can break up the "bonus bet" into smaller chucks.

I think the bonus bet only pays out the $10. You will need to read the fine print.

Hypothetically I may remember some fun Super Bowl props regarding the halftime show set list, length of the national anthem, number of jets in the flyover, etc... when a friend of mine working the show would text the rehearsal information "for entertainment purposes only" and we'd work hard at structuring the cover bets (some intentionally wrong $5 bets, some what the heck props on the coin flip, etc) so that our $100 to pay $3000 bets on the first song wouldn't look too suspicious.

Never seen where you can keep the 100.

Oh, I should have read the fine print before making the original bet

Yeah, both Bovada and Sportsbook.ag cut me back to $1 max bets on props because of success. It's slimly, it's gross and I'll never use an offshore book again.
So messed up. I'm just not a gambler. I'm being forced to.

No Myles Turner or Benedict Mathurin meaning more available shots. Pascal returning to Toronto for the first time.

Pascal over 23.5 pts. $100. Let's roll
