Got an orange coke with my taco salad at Qdoba today, I added a couple lemon wedges and it was pretty good. The orange flavor was definitely overpowering though, I think it tastes exactly like one of those orange mountain dew kickstarts.

These things are like drinking maple syrup.

FreeStyle machines have the base Coca-Cola products in them, like Fanta, Dasani, Coke Classic, Coke Zero, etc. It also has flavorings like Grape, Lemon, Lime, Vanilla, etc. You can choose a base coke flavor and it'll have both the base and the base with a mix of flavorings as selections. So you can get Classic Coke with Orange or Lime or Lemon or Vanilla. There's like 120+ combinations.

And then you can also get creative and mix some of those together. They even have an app you can get on your phone where you can store your favorite drinks and come up with your own mixes. Then, when you go to a FreeStyle machine, you can scan the QR code to link the app on your phone to the machine and your favorites and mixes will be available on the FreeStyle machine.

A little off-topic, but you know what I find kinda weird? Those novelty sodas you find in candy shops and wherever are almost undrinkable they're so damn sweet, but they actually have less sugar than a bottle of Coke. My wife bought a few while we were in Nashville this past weekend we could barely stomach them. Then I was drinking a bottle of Coke yesterday and noticed the novelty soda had 42 grams of sugar while the bottle of Coke had 65 GRAMS OF SUGAR

I also hardly ever drink soda/pop. Maybe my shock of taste on it is off compared to others. I don't know. We wanted to try the weird flavors while we were on vacation and the Coke I had yesterday was one of the "Share a Coke with ____" with my wife's name on it, so I bought it because her name doesn't appear on stuff often and wanted to show her.

Strange when you see old movies or flashbacks with soda shops because that's really what they're supposed to be, treats. Liquid candy is not supposed to be part of a normal meal.

Anyway, Orange Coke seems pretty interesting. I might give it a try. l did like that Mtn Dew Live Wire a lot when it was around.

Discovered a new Freestyle flavor today courtesy of my Coca-Cola Rep. 

Barq's Creme Soda Strawberry and some BCS Vanilla to taste. Excellent.

I like what is referred to as a 'Creamsicle' Coke.  

Half Orange Coke and Half Vanilla Coke.  It's my go-to at these machines.

FYI, Grape Sprite is gross. Plus, it's not purple, it's gray. No Bueno.
Cherry Dr. Pepper, however, is greatness.
