Knocked off a couple more pounds since monday.. down 9.4 in 8 days :banned:

Tasty breakfast of Protein shake and giant orange heirloom tomato from the garden w/ balsamic vinegar, and a 32oz iced coffee.

It actually is pretty amazing how fast the weight comes off once you set your mind to it and follow a reasonable plan.

 
Request that you guys include your starting weight in these updates. I vaguely remember you both being around 230 but I don't want to look it up. :bag:

 
Yeah I don't know how he does it despite trusting him completely. I'll just continue to gradually drop the weight as I have been the last few months while Otis yo-yos.

The turtle climbed back into his shell for a few days to get some much needed r and r, but now it's back to plodding along towards the finish.

Cilantro lime "rice" cauliflower, lime and garlic shrimp. Eating like a champ while these two "try" to lose weight

that looks good...do you remove the stalks from the cauliflower?
Yes I do, but i suppose you could leave the stalk on? Never tried. I didn't know cauliflower could be that good. The beef fried "rice" recipe is better.

I sent these all to woz, but he would rather eat wild rice and potatoes. Bold strategy, let's see if this pays off for him.

I can't keep up with Otis.

Otis- 223.7, down from 230.7 yesterday. I think Woz used his scale. We should buy the same scale on prime day so they are using the same equipment. Maybe a gross of them to split between these two.

Woz is on the right track. THE POTATO DIET GETS RESULTZ!!! (Seriously, it really does.)
While potatoes are healthy eats, they are not so when consumed as deep fried, salty bombs, late night, while drinking, before passing out into bed. What Woz has been doing is a far cry from the potato diet. Eating boiled, peeled, spuds with no sour cream, butter, salt, melted cheese, or bacon bits is healthy. The stuffed baked potato at Outback, late night fries, or a bag of potato chips, not so much, and in fact quite the opposite.

Update: Quest bar for breakfast. Salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Thinking a 3 x 1 protein style for dinner.

Back on track.

I can hardly believe it. My wife's first week in ketosis with Ideal Protein she lost 12. I have a hard time buying that after drinking and eating as much as he did he was able to accomplish the same thing in 4 days. I understand you are going to lose some after that weekend, but not like that. If you say so that's great!

For any non believers, Chaka sees the output of my scale each day since he's liked to my MFP account, which gets a feed from my Fitbit scale. It's legit, brahs.

 
EXCUSE ALERT

Mrs. O is meeting me in the city after work tomorrow night for dinner and drinks. Not liking my prospects for surviving that well.

Maybe we can get sushi or something....

 
Cheeseburger and whiskey day here. Pretty sure I'm still 50 pounds under where I was seven years ago when I made s fundamental lifestyle change.

But you keep it up with the crash diets.

Very true. AIDS is the weight loss gift that keeps on giving.

Also gave up sweets, soda and putting stuff in my coffee. And cut way back on portion size. Limit my drinking to 6 days a week.

 
Went reduced calorie today. Just a kind bar and a few cashews. Feeling kinda crappy but am not hungry

No gym today as I had to work a long day the had softball. Just hit a walk off :coffee:
