When the Packers took the field on Halloween Night in October 1994, they trailed in the series, 82-59-6.
Since then, Green Bay has been utterly dominant. The Packers’ 37-12 record in the last 24 years has put them ahead, 96-94-6, entering the team’s 197th meeting Sunday night at Lambeau Field to kick off what the NFL labels as its 99th season.
No. Don't follow him.Alex P Keaton said:Wait. Are you Bill Simmons? He just called this on his podcast.
Going to the game tomorrow night. Love that the opening game is a night game at Lambeau.
All of them will look highly questionable after tonight.JetMaxx said:How many Packer OTs are out or highly questionable?
The last four Bears coaches – **** Jauron, Lovie Smith, Marc Trestman and John Fox – all went back to Chicago an upset winner after their first trip to Lambeau Field. In order, their teams were underdogs by nine, eight, 10 ½ and nine points. The scores were 14-13, 21-10, 27-20 and 17-13. Now rookie coach Matt Nagy comes to town as a 7-point underdog. Look out.
Thanks GB. I don't have to stay up late now.
That and he calls horrible offensive games.trader jake said:Only bad thing I can say about Nagy so far...
...he's bald but insists on wearing a visor.
way overOver/Under on Rodgers throwing away 5 passes? I'm saying over.
He really does need to learn a little patience, he's got too quick of a triggerway over

I know it was like 15 weeks ago but how was it a bit of Packer luck in week 1?97–95–6
But for a bit of Packer luck at Lambeau in the first game this year, it coulda shoulda been 96-96-6 right now.
It's lucky Rodgers was still playing well back then.I know it was like 15 weeks ago but how was it a bit of Packer luck in week 1?
It was a highly improbable comeback win, highlighted by Fuller dropping an easy int that should have ended the game. Ironically, the Packers may have had a better season if Rodgers streak had ended that night.I know it was like 15 weeks ago but how was it a bit of Packer luck in week 1?
Srsly....the 2nd half of that game was the highlight of the season. It was gritty, hard nosed, electric and anything but what GB has been this year. I don’t get where the luck played in.I know it was like 15 weeks ago but how was it a bit of Packer luck in week 1?
who you rootin for?Cheesecurds, smoked sausages, lots of beer and Packer vs Bears football. Life is good

This seems a little misplaced, but yes, exciting to get a glimpse of everything else!so many seasonal questions to be answered right out of the gate!
is Rodgers done?
is Trubisky a rising star?
Devin Singletary the real deal? better yet, will he get the carries to prove it right away?
Cohen gonna keep getting his?
is AR12 a bum after all?
is Aaron Jones a legit RB1?
who will be the WR2 to own on the the Packs for this fantasy season?

It's not as exciting these days--seems like only one of them is good at a time. Packers are in rebuilding mode and probably won't win more than five games, while the bears are the class of the NFL. This one is going to be a total blowout. I look forward to seeing them when they're evenly matched one day.

1985 was such a grand time that it should kept Bears fans content for 50 years. The Chicago Bears have not won a championship in more than 33 years.
Honestly, it feels like smoke and mirrors to me. There's very little if any difference between the level of Packers' play this season and last. The biggest difference is they've stayed healthy and are getting turnovers. #12 seems to care a bit more, but he's not playing much better. Was just coming to find this thread. Should be an interesting game. No idea how the Packers have won 10 games. They're not that good.
