**Panthers at Jets**(+1.5, 41) 1:00 (5 Viewers)

So Dowdle has pretty much gone at 2 x the ypc as Hubbard has ? He just runs with more power and intent and is no slouch speed wise to eye anyway. Just comes across as a more hard nosed and rugged runner

if CAR splits next game it's proof because of the $ spent on Hubbard is more important than what's our best chance to win.

Two things I’ve never understood in NFL.

1. This that you mention.. it doesn’t matter who is paid the most, you have spent a set amount of money on your RB stable across a few players. Play the one that is working best regardless of who is paid what ffs

2. Players with low draft status having a shorter leash. If a Pacheco type performs well, they should arguably have a longer leash ! You might have just found a starting player for the next 4 years for peanuts ! All going well you will not need to spend money on big FA or a high draft pick in the coming years and can utilise those resources elsewhere

This is literally what the Panthers did with Hubbard yet everyone in here wants to crucify them for having him a timeshare coming off an injury. Some really bad takes.

Perhaps it shouldn't be a timeshare when Hubbard has been drastically outperformed
