No Phil, pushing a receiver out of bounds 10 yards up field is not legal. It's called illegal contact and it's a 5 yard penalty on the defense and the receiver SHOULD have then been able to restablish himself and make the catch legally.

Someone needs to teach Phil Simms the rules.

Good overturn on the fumble. Receiver had control and 2 feet down, but did not have time to make a football move before he got taken to the ground (his knee went down). He lost the ball before the act of going to the ground was done, so incomplete pass.

The RB situation is working well again this week, for BB and the Pats. For fantasy, still maddening, but at least they both have a 1 yd TD this game, so it looks ok. Lipstick on a pig though, not feeling so good about who to start going forward. 2nd half may help tell that story.
