Right,in a fight, it's not technically illegal to be a different weight than at weigh-in. all that is required is that one make weight at a fixed limit before the event.I would be shocked if they actually physically deflated the balls after the 'weigh in", but if this comes out as the case, I'll be the first to admit what they did was wrong.
What if it was the 'hot air' theory? That they filled them with warm air knowing they'd drop before kickoff? If this is the case, for the sake of argument, is this even "illegal"? The rules state balls between the given PSI's must be submitted to the refs (and they were). Is it not the same as a fighter/boxer "weighing in" at the official weigh in at a certain weight, knowing damn well he was going to be a different "technically illegal" weight come fight day?
There is nothing illegal about it, technically or no.
Well is it technically illegal for the ball to be a different PSI at kickoff? Or are teams 'required to give balls 2.5 hours prior to kickoff within the proper psi"?

since spygate all the pats fans wanted was 1 more super bowl win so they could finally shut up those mocking them for not winning since they were caught cheating. Now, they have this.

You Pats haters are quite the funny bunch. You can sit here and cry wolf all you want, but at the end of the day I'll be watching my team compete for yet another Super Bowl, while you sit at home stewing over your Pats hate and how you can't stand us.
