Pats/Rams in London, does it effect player performance (1 Viewer)

I've been reading some of the info coming out of London, sounds like a few players are dealing with jet lag. Pats have decided not to do a walk thru at Wimbley and will instead stay at the hotel?

I can't remember how these trips have effected player performances in years past. Does anyone have any input?

Also, how is Wimbley Stadium for PK's. Will Legatron have any unique wind conditions to deal with?

They probably opted for a walk through at Wembley Stadium instead.

Thanks for that. Now that the spelling lesson is over, does anyone else have any input?

PS, they actually had a walk through at a Hyde Park. (public park across the street from their hotel) Imagine if they did that here in the U.S.

I don't think it will affect them at all. The rams have a little longer flight, but got into Londo early in the week. Plenty of time to adjust to the time zone. And for NE it's not that much different than going to the west coast.

Now if they ever have a team in Japan or China I'll start worrying about jet lag

I wouldnt worry about the wind, the pitch is completely enclosed by the stands so unless a tornado turns up the kicking conditions should be decent. It's been raining on and off for 2 days and will probably rain tomorrow but it's not been heavy rain.

Hope anyone coming over enjoys themselves, if I was an American living in America I may not be so excited about the idea but it's great for us to have a game here each year and to get to see the likes of Brady doing his thing.
