He was great in Napoleon Dynamite
He high fived me (well I guess it was a low five for him) circa 1986 at the MECCA. Paul Pressey came up to me after him and said something to the effect of "Go wash that hand, kid"![]()
Chris Mullin at 26.5 ppg was the highest scoring white player during that season. The race for highest scoring white (excluding McHale and Bird) between Mokeski and Randy Breuer during the 1988-89 season was scintillating.
Feel free to utilize this thread to acknowledge other unappreciated basketball players.I'm going to start a Mike Smrek appreciation thread soon. I'm compiling the footage as we speak!

The Human Victory Cigar.
Todd Fuller?Who was the NC State whitey in the 90s (Top-10 pick?) who busted hard?
Just looked at that draft. Fuller went #11. Vitaly Potapenko went #12.That be him. Thanks, didn't feel like searching. Smoking a cigar in the backyard.
Nick Calathes has replaced him as the prematurely balding high-energy white guy.Brian Cardinal - 6/$34M

Did you mean to add "who played for the Bucks"?He was the 3 rd highest scorer among whites in 1985-86.
He is the biggest stiff i ever saw play live. I saw the rockets play in the 70's and there was a center that was close but I saw him make a layup so maybe he wasn't worse. I don't think it was mokeski. I saw Kite shoot a ball over the backboard from 5 feet and hit only backboard and miss the rim on a free throw in the same game.Greg Kite has two championship rings
Gotta be Kevin Kunnert. He is the biggest stiff i ever saw play live. I saw the rockets play in the 70's and there was a center that was close but I saw him make a layup so maybe he wasn't worse. I don't think it was mokeski.Greg Kite has two championship rings
It may have been. I remember someone fatter with wristbands I think. he was fed a pass inside and made a two handed, underhand layup. Everyone around us laughed. Calvin Murphy was definitely on the team.Gotta be Kevin Kunnert. He is the biggest stiff i ever saw play live.
