There's another NOS WR that has some creedance in that argument....but, I vowed never, ever to draft him again. He cannot go over the middle so I'll continue with that vow and just steer clear of that temptation.
Being of sound mind and body, and using the following logic, I'm going to continue to play the TE lottery as there are several reasons to do so:
1) the Rookie TE class is strong this year, and
2) there are several teams that need a pass catching TE.
3) It looks like Pettigrew is going to land in BUF, at least that's where the majority of mocks have him landing.
4) Which ever rookie lands in ATL will likely get his share of targets and will likely be the best option aa this point in this draft (we are, after all 317 picks into this mess monster). All that logic and the following fact.....
5) that TE's get 2 points/reception. leads me to
6) the next best shot at Rookie TE greatness (other than James Casey, that is):
Cook, Jared FA-(ATL I believe)-TE (pick #55).
