Carlos Pena of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Dmitri Young of the Washington Nationals, who made it back to the majors as non-roster spring training invitees, were named the 2007 Comeback Player of the Year for their respective leagues on Tuesday.

Da Meat Hook also got a fairly nice extension from the Nats back in July or August and seems to be a real leader of the team. His power numbers should go up next year in the new ballpark, since he wasn't hitting them out of RFK. But man, that dude is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW.
