Nailed it, Romo.  Bad coaching to not tell your guys to make sure and let it run down to the 2 minute warning there.  Those are the kind of things that can be a huge difference at the end that NFL coaches so often overlook.

I think he just reverts to Univision sometimes. He looked for Ertz that entire play. Never made his checkdowns. He’ll learn from that.

With Cam only throwing 40 yard bombs they will either have a TD or INT in the next 30 seconds so maybe wanted more time for comeback.

Not the snap.  They downed the ball while it was still rolling around.  Could have let it dribble around for another 3 seconds down to the 2 min warning.
