As far as I know, you can put a player on the PUP list provided a doctor signs off on it (although I am not 100% sure). So if there are legit mental problems and a doctor backs it, I would think it's a valid reason.

In that case, I think I should be placed on the FBG's PUP list.

The other issue is that the same doctor would have to sign off that the player is better, and that might be a problem.
