Pick 2 of 3: P. Williams, D. Jackson, H. Ruggs (1 Viewer)

PPR league and I need to start 2 of the 3 below:

P. Williams: Parker is a bit banged up.  Looking at good target share?
D. Jackson: Exploded with Wentz in his first game last year before getting hurt.  Reagor is banged up.
H. Ruggs: Doesn't need a lot of touches to produce with his speed and Carolina defense is not what it was but a lot of unknowns in this offense.

Currently have Ruggs on the bench but would love some more opinions here.

I’d also go with Jackson and Williams.  Don’t have a feel yet for Ruggs usage.  Williams will draw #2 NE corner and Jackson is healthy for once, against a former team.
