Poor people eat peanuts.

How anyone can think dry roasted tastes better than cocktail peanuts is hard to fathom.

The dry roasted are way too salty and almost have a sawdust texture once you start chewing them.  

Yeah it's that "sawdust" texture that makes them so good.  Something about that coating is just so delicious.  

I'll even eat the leftover "dust" that's at the bottom of the jar once I'm done with the nuts.

Haven't had any in awhile, I think I'll grab a jar soon.  Dee-lish.

the dust is a combo of corn starch, salt, msg and maybe some onion/garlic powder.

the cooking process helps the mixture stick and deliver more flavor per nut.

i prefer them this way.

We had to give them up due to constipation issues. Got plugged up pretty good a few years back and almost went to the ER. Can eat one or two but that's about it.
