Like all subscribers, I look forward to the Players in the News updates that arrive in my inbox every morning. They give me the scoop on developing stories and injured players' statuses regarding playing the upcoming Sunday.
This year, however, it seems that there are a lot more people included in each update. I like to read each & every entry because, at the end of the day, they all apply to me because of hidden waiver wire gems that are based on injuries. ...but there are a lot more entries this year that seem to be 'extra.' I don't see why we need to know that Tom Brady or AJ Feeley practiced fully on Wednesday; Brady was never hurt (that I am aware of) & Feeley won't play unless something happens to McNabb. This is just a quick example, but I think the PITN updates should be exclusively for injured players and developing situations--it just makes for easier reading.
Because we all have jobs and families that require time, I'm looking for any way possible to narrow the amount of time it takes to manage my teams; this is why I have been at FBG's for 3+ years now and will stay on for the foreseeable future. Regarding this feature of the site, I'd like to see more focused information to help minimize the time required for me to remain competitive. Thanks for realizing that this is not a complaint, but instead a suggestion.
