Willis McGahee after his rookie year when he didn't play. I had to choose between him and Marshall Faulk. I could see Faulk dropping another 10 TDs the next season so I kept him instead. Needless to say Marshall never did anything after that and McGahee, while not a superstud, would have been a nice young RB to trade or keep.
