I just did a search and found nothing so if anyone can direct me that would be great.

Im looking for a playoff bracket where the 6 teams that dont make the playoffs play but then the two teams that lose in the quarterfinals in the real playoffs join in with the loser bracket. Anyone have anything

Dont think that would work - unless you have byes for the first two weeks of the playoffs. How many weeks do your playoffs run?

don't think it can be done without having any teams sit out.

from 6 teams you can get down to 4 (if 2 teams get bye), or 3 (if all teams play). then adding in 2 more teams, you can't get yourself to 4 teams in either case.

Only way I can see it working is with 4 weeks of play...

Worst 4 losers bracket teams play week 14, winners move on to play the two "best" losers bracket teams who received a bye in week 15, winners move on to play the two quarterfinal losers in week 16, winners move on to toilet bowl in week 17...

If it starts this week you can do it.Six teams-Bottom four play this week two have byes.-Those four play next week and the two quarter final losers (why two wouldn't it be 4?) have a bye next week. -Then the semis are week 15 and the finals are week 16. If you want to do this all in three weeks it won't work. The only option then is to have the final week be the overall points leader for that week of the four teams. glllllllllllllllllllll

Thanks to those that responded. I didnt think too long about it but if you say it wont work, Ill squash it. Thanks
