Playoff WW Defense to have is..... (1 Viewer)

I think it has to be Jets. We will see this week. They play an offense that is 25th vs DST (Jax) this week, and next week they will play the 27th or 28th (Titans). So if they have a good game vs Jax this week, it should tell a lot about what they can do vs the Titans
agree. sanchez turned it over all game long and they only gave up 2 FGs

jax is going to be on their 2nd QB, 3rd RB, and minus shorts this week.

Tenn has a banged up oline and does not score much anyway.

SD has the turnover machine known as rivers.

wont find much better matchups then these 3
The problem is that the Jets generate almost no pass rush.Cromartie has been great, but you can pick on Wilson. TEs and speedy RBs will them, too. I would be confident against Jax, not that much against Ten. Rivers has been mystifying this year, so he might be good for a couple of bonehead plays, but they still have some good weapons. I would look for better options in week 16 and 17.
That all may be true, but the fact remains that Tenn is a great matchup for Fantasy Defenses. If you look at the Jets PPG over the last 4 weeks you see that they have averaged close to 8 points, and that is only because they played the Pats. The other 3 games, they scored double digits. Tenn is giving up an average of 10 points to each Fantasy Defense they face. Seems like a double digit score waiting to happen to me.

I would say that the Titans fantasy defense vs the Jets could be a great play on the flip side, however they are not scoring when they have a good matchup.

I think that is what you have to look at. When a fantasy defense has a good match up...are they taking advantage of that match up. The Jets definitely are. When you add in the accuracy issues for Locker, you can see at least a 10 point outing
I don't disagree with you. I unfortunately watch them every week. The Jets should do alright. They usually do against the lesser teams. I just think there will be better options out there. Since the offense is inept, other teams can go conservative for most of the game. Just look at how they did at home against Arizona and Lindley (2 sacks and 1 INT). Double digit points when you factor in the Points Against, but with Sanchez, you never know when he is going to have a pick-six or multiple turnovers that lead to points against, especially on the road.
Which is why I think TITANS at home next Monday night is a tremendous play.
Well, actually you kind of do know. When Sanchez plays a team with a good defense, he will give up multiple turnovers. When he plays an average or bad defense, he simply is just not that good. The Titans do not have a good defense like the Pats or the Cards. It is a great match up for the D/ST, but I don't trust that they are up to it.

I would compare the Titans defense to the Colts defense. The Colts could not even muster a point against Sanchez.

I am not saying anyone is wrong for trying the Titans against the Sanchize, but I just can't make myself expect anything from them. They had a good matchup against the Jags, but couldn't do much there.

Cincy worked out very nicely for me last night.

If I get through into the final, do I go with Cincy @ Steelers, or get Washington (@PHI) or Indy (@KC)

I think you have to go against whoever's playing Philly. Foles may burn their crappy pass D for a few scores, but between Brown and him, they're good for a couple TOs a game.Interestingly enough, last night's game helped me make my decision. I was already the underdog, and after my Bryce got creamed by his Gresham/CIN D, I feel like I need to go high-risk/high-reward, so I'm starting Detroit over Seattle.

Nah, Washington is the enticing option on 10 days VACATION for Philly. And yeah, PHILLY.

I had my pick of Seattle, Miami, and Detroit. Went Miami because of the opponent. I'm not worried about Week 16, because it doesn't matter if I don't score in Week 15. I think for this one week, Miami is the way to go.
