Pool Question (1 Viewer)

So when we started swimming this spring we noticed a few spots in the bottom of the pool that seemed to have bulged up. It's a fiberglass pool about 10 years old. I did some searching online and cant find much on this happening. Anyone heard of this and what might be the cause.

Edit: After calling a place about repairs my pool might be plaster. Man I'm such a pool newbie.

I would only call if the bulge doesn't go down after 4 hours.

UPDATE:

Pool is gunite with plaster finish.  Plaster is starting to wear in spots. Quote is 7k - 10k depending on what I choose to resurface said pool.  

I asked about the undead trying to reach my feet while I swim. He said it's possible but rare in his experience.
