Any FBGs been to Porto, and have some tips, references or suggestions on things to do, see or eat while there? 

I have some guides, but always better to get a 'human perspective' on the things guides dont always include.

Haven't been to Porto but spent a few days in Lisbon earlier this year.  We were amazed by how inexpensive everything was in Portugal compared to France (well, Paris but still).  I'd love to go back to Portugal again, hopefully when the weather was warmer.

Ya, Im visiting my other home in France, currently. Just 1.5hrs to get to porto and only 30$ for the airfare. Great price for the hotel as well. Portugal well known for great pricing..  Looking forward to that. France isnt cheap

Ramos pinto is pretty good.  Sandeman is kind of the standard.  Also like noval black.
