Post your 4-0 teams here (1 Viewer)

I have 2 4-0 teams although I have about 15 teams but luckily no 0-4 teams.

Team 1 (4-0)

QB: Cutler, Garrard

WR: Roddy, Smith NYG, Moss, Hester, Naanee

RB: Gore, Pierre Thomas, Donald Brown, Ivory, Blount

TE: Finley

K: Kaeding

Yes, I am amazed this team is 4-0 as well

Team 2 (4-0)

QB; Cutler, Roethlisberger

WR: Fitz, Smith NYG, Jones, Jones HOU, TO

RB: Charles, Felix Jones, McFadden, Brown, Jennings, Kuhn

TE: Gates

K: Nugent

D: Packers

Just to show how strange H2H can be this team is 1-3 and looks much better then the other 2:

QB: Cutler, Henne

WR: Austin, Smith NYG, Garcon, Floyd, Hester, Moore

RB: Best, Gore, Moreno, Tolbert

TE: Cooley, Miller

K: Nugent

D: Falcons

In other words you never know......

Team is in my sig. Am only 4-0 team, and 2nd in points. High scorer 2 out of the 4 weeks = $20/week. $75 buy-in, so I'm only down $35.

Time to inject some much needed IDP leagues into this discussion:

QB - Brees, Stafford

RB - Best, Jacobs, Forte, Donald Brown, T. Jones

WR - Crabtree, Steve Smith (Car), Floyd, Gaffney

TE - Witten, Scheffler

DE - Allen, Tuck, Red Bryant, Charles Johnson, Stylez White

DT - Tony Brown, Tyson Alualu

LB - Brackett, Briggs, Cooper, Hayes, Tulloch, Vilma

CB - Jammer, Marshall, Powers, Verner

S - Burnett, Mikell, Jones, Stuckey, Harris

And it feels good to be 4-0! :goodposting:

12 Team (keep 3 + 1 rookie), .5 PPR only for WR / TE

1 QB / 2 RB / 2 WR / 1 RB/WR / 1 TE / 1 K / 1 DST

Was on vacation during draft, couldn't find anyone to draft for me,

so the robot gave me four TEs, 2 DSTs, 2 Ks, no RBs and only 1 WR

so, I had to work the WW...

QB: Aaron Rodgers*, Kyle Orton

RB: Adrian Peterson*, Chris Johnson*, Peyton Hillis, Marion Barber, Kevin Smith

WR: Percey Harvin*, Eddie Royal, Mark Clayton, Louis Murphy

TE: Jason Witten, Tony Moeaki

K: David Akers

DST: Jets

* = Keeper

I am trying to shop Orton or Rodgers, Witten, Harvin and Barber,

but the guys in the league are pretty reluctant, since I won the league 16:0 last season...

I find threads like this humorous because I bet almost nobody actually reads other people's posts and post just to boast about their own 4-0 teams. That said, I'll add my chest-thumping to the mix just for kicks.

10 team non-keeper .5ppr, start 1QB/3WR/2RB/1TE/1K/1DEF

QB: Manning

WR: M. Austin / Boldin / S. Moss / S. Smith (NYG) / L. Murphy

RB: F. Gore / P. Thomas / A. Bradshaw / C. Portis / R. Torain / S. Greene

TE: D. Keller

K: Don't honestly know...Rackers I think

Def: New Orleans

To get to here, I made the following big moves:

Preseason trade Moreno/M. Floyd for Boldin/Portis

Preseaon trade Garcon for S. Moss

Waiver Pick-up S. Greene (dropped end of week 3), D. Keller (week 3 to replace Celek), New Orleans (week 2), L. Murphy (week 3)

The rest were drafted.

14 team, non-ppr money league

QB: Schaub, Freeman

RB: Gore, Bradshaw, Hightower, Blount, Ringer

WR: Austin, Floyd, Clayton, Williams TB, Gaffney

TE: Finley

K: Rackers

DST: Eagles

Starting lineup (1-2QB, 2-4RB, 2-4WR/TE, 1k, 1def, 9 starters) RB=.5ppr, WR=1ppr, TE=1.5ppr

QB-Ryan

RB - Peterson, Foster, Mendenhall, Charles

WR/TE - Roddy, and either Jennings, VDavis, or Witten

K - Janikowski

D- Phi

I am 4th in waiver priority and I put in a request to add Tate (drop Darby) after hearing about the Moss trade.

I am in a 14 team 3-Keeper League 1 PPR for RB/TE, 0.5 PPR for WR

Last year I won the title and stacked my roster with a strong draft, two really good trades and good waiver pickups.

As a result, I kept Peterson/Austin/Fitzgerald and traded away Frank Gore/Jon Stewart/Antonio Gates/Andre Johnson for 1st/2nd round picks, then packaged two late 2nds into a late first, and ended up with four 1st round picks (8-Rivers, 11-Spiller, 12-Davis, 14-Finley)

Obviously if I had kept, say, Gore/Gates instead of Austin/Fitzgerald, my keepers would be phenominally better...but I would not have gotten four 1sts after trading away everyone else.

I'm leading the league in points scored through 4 weeks by over 150. I put up ~170 in week 1, 207 in week 2, and about 150 the other weeks.

10-team PPR (all TD's are 6), 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 flex. I've been Top 2 in scoring every week, and haven't been under 160 points. Probably going undefeated.

ETA: My point total is 26% above the league mean.

I would post a new thread but that seems to be against FBG credo so I'll bump this one from two years ago and share my 4-0 team roster.

Add your own so we can see what common trends exist between our unbeaten teams in 2012.

16-Team, Standard Redraft, Return Yards = 25/point, Start 2 RB / 2 WR / 1 TE / 1 WR/TE {FLEX}

LONG ISLAND BROSKIS (4-0)

* Top scoring team in the league by a little under 43 points.

QB - Matt Ryan (QB2 in this format)

QB - Tim Tebow (latest waiver acquisition; finally cut bait on Russell Wilson; only looking for Week 7 bye coverage for Matty Ice - Wilson faces the 49ers)

RB - Darren Sproles (return yardage is king here; RB7 in this format)

RB - C.J. Spiller (bench depth that worked out; unable to get decent trade value prior to his Week 3 injury; RB3 in this format)

RB - Doug Martin (has been riding my bench; turning into more of a project than I would have liked; RB24 in this format; RB28 on a PPG basis)

RB - Kendall Hunter (Gore sadly isn't as done as analysts had speculated after the pre-season; RB38 in this format - haven't found a better flyer)

WR - Miles Austin (WR11 in this format - just below Megatron)

WR - Steve Smith (WR35 in this format; will attempt to sell high after his next big game)

WR - Randall Cobb (return yardage is still king; WR20 in this format)

WR - Kenny Britt (has worn ### grooves into my bench)

WR - Leonard Hankerson (Week 3 free agent pickup due to Garcon's injury; waffling between starting Hank over Britt this week - provided the brittle one is even active; planning a pre-emptive grab of Vincent Brown before the next waiver run; waivers are FCFS so few gems have been falling to me)

TE - Kyle Rudolph (TE9 in this format)

PK - Shayne Graham (Week 2 free agent pickup; PK9 in this format)

D/ST - Arizona Cardinals (DEF2 in this format; Week 3 waiver claim after they shut down the Patriots; lucked out netting them with 16th waiver priority)

Abandoned since draft day: Russell Wilson, Brandon Tate, Matt Prater, Buffalo D/ST

Mine's a superflex league so I can (and always do) start 2 QBs in the flex spot.

Not only is it a superflex league, but there's only 1 RB and 2 WR starters, making QB value off the chart.

QB: Brady, Ryan

RB: William McGahee, Reggie Bush

WR: Steve Johnson, Torrey Smith, Nate Washington

TE: Jimmy Graham, Kyle Rudolph

PK: Kaeding

Def: Seattle

I call this my guppy league because not a lot of the other guys in it seem to realize the value of putting a QB in the flex spot. The combo of Ryan and Brady just hasn't been stoppable so far.

I have seven leagues and am 4-0 in three of them. I won't post the full rosters, but I'll list the starters and key backups. Two of them are dynasty leagues though...

Team 1 (12 Team PPR Redraft) - Start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1Flex

QB - Matt Ryan

RB - Marshawn Lynch, Darren Mcfadden

WR - Brandon Marshall, Percy Harvin

TE - Vernon Davis

Flex Options - Demarco Murray, Hakeem Nicks, Stevie Johnson, Brian Hartline, Kyle Rudolph

Team 2 (10 Team PPR Dynasty) - Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 SUPERFLEX, 1 Flex (This is my least favorite 4-0 team)

QB - Drew Brees (Philip Rivers Superflex)

RB - Marshawn Lynch, Jamaal Charles

WR - Andre Johnson, Dwayne Bowe, Mike Wallace, Steve Smith

TE - Vernon Davis

Flex Options - Jermichael Finley, Fred Davis, Michael Bush (double points for tight end receptions, so I start one in the flex most weeks)

Team 3 (12 Team PPR Dynasty) - 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 SUPERFLEX, 2 Flex

QB - Matt Ryan (Eli Manning Superflex, Christian Ponder backup)

RB - Lesean McCoy, Steven Jackson

WR - Dwayne Bowe, Mike Wallace

TE - Brent Celek

Flex Options - Vincent Jackson, Michael Crabtree, Lance Moore, Dennis Pitta, Pierre Thomas

Of the three, I like the redraft team the most by far. The two dynasty teams are solid, but I'm sure I'll lose a decent amount of games before the end of the season. My favorite dynasty team, where I have a much better roster than either of the 4-0 versions, is 2-2 with an all-play record of 40-4 in a 12 team league. That's just the way it goes sometimes.

At 4-0 in a 14 teamer, but I'm 6th in points scored. This team's been incredibly consistent, but I haven't put up any outrageous weeks.
