I guess I can add a bit more:

Black People/minorities can't be "racist." Racism is an institution in which systematic inequalities are forced upon a group people and said people have no choice but to accept it and live with it. It's engrained in the fabric American society and western civilization as a whole. People who say that racism doesn't exist anymore are always white, clueless or both. Sure blacks can be prejudiced, but racist? No way. Racism is all about power and dominance.

In the work place people should be payed based on their credentials, not race or sex.

Charter schools are garbage. They're nothing more than an attempt to privatize public education. A lot of minorities think they are the better option than "bad" inner city schools, but in reality they really aren't.

Football and track are the only two sports I find enjoyable. Basketball gives me a headache. Baseball & golf are boring as all get out. I just don't care for the others.

College football is one big popularity contest. If you don't like the SEC it's really no point in watching ESPN.

Feminism is/was only for upper class white women.

Black music started going down hill after the 80s. The early 80s. If you're not a fan of Hip Hop & over-produced, over-sang power ballads, that is.

Got half way through season 2 before giving up. Was never more than mildly interested.

I dunno, to me it just seems like another mediocre crime drama where they took out any inkling of decent production values and that made people think it was "gritty" and "realistic".

That would be ridiculous looking, but awesome. I would rather them have no officials than the nonsense they have going on out there now. It wouldn't seem as much like cheating without the officials pulling the #### they do now and expecting me to buy into it. You guys are full of ####. I can watch an entire college game and only get irritated at bad calls a couple times a game. If I ever watch a few minutes of an NBA game, it annoys thehell out of me. The officiating is so ridiculous. I can't believe anyone would watch that crap and not be bothered by the one sided bull#### calls, but people watch it and the NBA is making tons of money, so why should they care.

I haven't watched the NBA even a few minutes for a number of years - do they still give 3 and a half steps?

maybe, but they are the most consistent league at crowning the best team as the champion each season.

Their 7 game series + temperature controlled indoor environments lead to pretty consistent results.

There is some absolutely atrocious officiating, but at the end of the day I applaud them for their consistently high quality champions.

The 7 game series with as many playoff teams as they allow in are what make the playoffs drag on forever. Aren't playoffs supposed to be exciting? They last for 2 months in the NBA with a seemingly never ending number of games. The regular season is even more pointless. Add that in with the one sided officiating and I'd rather be watching competitive archery.

Depends on who you are. That's the problem. I don't care if they take 5 if they let everyone do it.Eta: Don't forget about the move where you pull another guy's arm around and fall down and make it out like he threw you down. Love that one

Hey I'm starting a business cleaning public toilets and it pays $6.00 dollars an hour. I'll do it :hey: Great you are hired. Seems pretty easy with no laws or mandates needed.

1 school being bad doesn't make another better. Many charter schools are awful and data/personal experience reveals that. The dirty truth is that it isn't the schools or teachers that make a school, it is the community and the students.

Yeah I missed that. I can't speak for other cities, but outside of a couple schools in Detroit, it's most definitely bad.

 
People on welfare, if physically healthy, should be forced to work.

Every high school child, if physically healthy, should be required to attend basic training prior to his/her senior year in high school.

Everyone should be required to be an organ donor.

 
After graduating from high school (or at age 17-18 if they don't graduate) everyone spends a mandatory 1-2 year stint in the military. (They don't have to go into combat locations unless they volunteer, but all would still receive the weapons, combat, first aid training etc. and skill training)

This I agree with. Welfare or long term unemployment. If you are receiving a government check and you are not "really" disabled or of retirement age. There is plenty of trash that can be cleaned up, foreclosed abandoned homes that need grass mowed painting etc. This may encourage people to actually try and find a job.

 
People that are 100% certain that there is no deity or afterlife have no more proof or evidence to support their claim than people that are 100% for sure God or an afterlife does exist (At least unpopular here). I have no idea how anyone can genuinely believe without any doubt either way.

FWIW I think the only thing worse than there not being an afterlife is that there is one and some form of Hell exists and I will end up there.

People that are 100% certain that my dog Maximus Jr. can't fly to the moon have no more proof or evidence to support their claim than people like myself that are 100% for sure that he can (at least unpopular among my local television station's Littlest Heroes talent coordinators). I have no idea how anyone can genuinely without any doubt either way, that's for sure.

FWIW I think the only thing worse than Maximus Jr. not being able to fly to the moon is that he can and gets stuck up there and can't return to Earth :(
