Without knowing what your starting requirements and which J. Nelson you are talking about I would be ok with it unless you have to start 2 RB's or if you have Jordy Nelson, in which case I would pass on it.

I mean, I think it's a fair trade, but I don't know that it does anything for you. You seem to have good starters, just about the right amount of depth at all your positions...I don't see why you'd be interested in this trade. I'd stay.
