Evans, and by a pretty good margin. Evans is an elite WR, who still has upside from 1,300-12. I like Dez, but he's more of a low-end WR1.

I agree that Evans is the easy choice.  He doesn't have the injury history and is less risky.  I wouldn't be surprised if they put up similar numbers but I think Dez is much more of a risk to do so.
