In a PPR, why Evans? I like the player a lot, but more so in non-PPR. Out of the top 12 WRs by yardage, he had the lowest # of receptions (tied with Roy Williams). He's your classic big play WR, the opposite of the Keyshawns/Cotchery's of the NFL.I like:
AJ
Driver
Housh
Coles
Cotchery
Evans
I try to get these types of WRs over the higher profile ones. Housh was wr3 in ppr last year and Driver was wr8. Very solid.
He was WR8 in my PPR league last year. I expect him to improve with another yr hooking up w/ LosmanIn a PPR, why Evans? I like the player a lot, but more so in non-PPR. I agree that he's a great player and a solid value in any format. My only point is he's not a WR with greater value in PPR than in non-PPR.He was WR8 in my PPR league last year. He's a good WR in any format, but you are right in that most of his points don't come from receptions. In the top 10 last year the only WRs to have a lower rec/FP ratio were TO (.43) and Javon Walker (.39). Lee Evans had .46.I agree that he's a great player and a solid value in any format. The Bills were 31st in the NFL last year in Pass attempts. He still had 82 catches. I expect it to improve some with one more year havingg Evans and Losman working together. I hear what you are saying, OZ. I just see Evans as value in my PPR leagues when he gets drafted around WR10 in PPR startups.I agree that he's a great player and a solid value in any format.
