Pro Bowl Teams Announced (1 Viewer)

Speaking as a Bears fan...

Urlacher is really still the 2nd best MLB in the NFC?

Closest thing to a snub would be Corey Graham as the special team specialist.

Buffalo, Cincy, Seattle, and Tampa Bay were shut out.

7 Falcons

6 Patriots

5 Ravens

5 Cowboys

5 Packers

5 Eagles

Wow. I can't believe that Adrian Wilson made it for the NFC Strong Safety. He has had a very bad year this year. It's great to see a Cardinal make the team, but I don't think he was deserving.

Cundiff had a fine season...but how in the world do you put him above Bironas? Dude missed ONE FG the entire year and bested Cundiff easily on longest FG, as well as KR avg allowed.

Ravens fans can correct me, but it probably has something to do with the ridiculous percentage of touchbacks he got on his kickoffs. Not as money as Bironas on FGs, but makes up for it on kickoffs.

I get that DeAngelo Hall had 6 picks, but I think being a DB on the worst defense in the NFL should automatically disqualify you from the Pro Bowl...

Terrible. Rodgers deserves to be there. Foster should start. Hillis got snubbed. Eric Berry over Merriweather. McFadden snubbed. McCoy over S-Jax. Who else?

I'm not sure how Mankins made it missing almost half a year . . . and as a starter. And Meriweather? He got benched some weeks.

Meriweather.

As far as the Chiefs, Waters isn't even their best OG. He's a solid player, but Lilja has had the Pro Bowl type season. He's like a LT in pass pro and an elite technician in the ZBS.

He got 4 of his picks in one game, it is shocking that Hall makes the pro bowl. The only Redskin deserving of any pro bowl consideration is London Fletcher.

Mankins? LOL how was he even eligible...

Nice to see Calvin Johnson finally get a Pro Bowl nod. Same for jamal charles.

Nice to see ovie mughelli get a pro bowl berth too! Good guy (has a weekly bit on a local radio show)

Congrats to Cam Wake. I couldn't be happier for the guy. A complete unknown player "from Canada" who nobody expected to make it big in the NFL after failing to make it out of college is now a Pro Bowl starter. I watched the guy a ton as a BC Lion, met him several times and he is a great person as well as player and I'm happy to see that the success he had in the CFL has translated to the NFL as well.

Ndamukong Suh will be a fixture for the next eight years.

Mike Wallace will bump Reggie Wayne next year and stay there for eight years himself.

Matt Dodge was mercifully left off the team but Eagles fans beg to differ.

CJ only left out because of his magnificent season last year and that his team sucks this year. He's barely been covered this season and has still had a great year, just not the one he had last season.

I was afraid of this. The whole "Matty Ice" persona has given him a mystique and Rodgers got snubbed.

Ryan over Rodgers is absurd. And the Saints put up a Top-5 defense and not one defensive player makes it? Will Smith? Vilma? Ellis? Porter/Harper/Jenkins/Greer? Come on!

I love it when everyone keeps banging on Dodge. If the Giants D hadn't crapped themselves in EIGHT MINUTES, there wouldn't be a problem here.

Talib would've made it easily for the Bucs if he didn't get hurt 4 games ago.

Donald Penn has been a damn stud this year, but I don't know enough about the other NFC left tackles. They better have been pretty good to beat him out though.

Impressive to see Pouncey already continuing the Steeler tradition of great centers. :lmao:
He's had a great rookie year, but should he really be ahead of Jeff Saturday or Nick Hardwick?

Why the outrage over Mankins (8 games), but not Ed Reed (9 games)? Only a one-game difference, and Mankins has played like a man possessed since coming back. Personally, I don't think either one should get in, but Reed's inclusion is more baffling to me.

Brandon Meriweather ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT deserve to be a Pro Bowler. :bowtie: That is the biggest freakin' joke. :lmao:
Wow Bucs have done amazing this year and they get zero respect still... Sad really.
Who should have made in from the Bucs and over who?Not being a jackass, just curious for your take specifically if you think someone got snubbed.
Donald Penn has been playing at a pro bowl level for 2-3 years now at LT. He at least deserves a backup spot. And Blount has about half the attempts and has about 200-300 yards less than the "elite" RB's. He also has 6 Td's (without taking goaline snaps). Also Josh Freeman should have a case for an alternate with 23 tds and 6 ints.
