I doubt if all these trades happen but they seem a bit logical to me. Disect andand tell me where I went wrong. No comments on this one since its for the contest. I will add commentary on the next post.

1. Oakland Raiders- JaMarcus Russell

2. Detroit Lions- Calvin Johnson

3. Cleveland Browns- Adrian Peterson

4. Tampa Bay Bucs- Gaines Adams

5. Arizona Cardinals- Joe Thomas

6. Miami Dolphins (via Chicago via Washington Redskins)- Brady Quinn

7. Minnesota Vikings- Jamaal Anderson

8. Atlanta Falcons (via Hou)- Laron Landry

9. Buffalo Bills (via Chicago via Miami Dolphins)- Patrick Willis

10. Denver Broncos (via Houston Texans)- Amobi Okoye

11. San Fran 49ers – Adam Carriker

12. Chicago (via Buffalo Bills)- Lawrence Timmons

13. St. Louis Rams- Alan Branch

14. Kansas City (via Carolina Panthers)- Levi Brown

15. Pittsburg Steelers- Leon Hall

16. Green Bay Packers- Marshawn Lynch

17. Jacksonville Jags- Reggie Nelson

18. Cincinnati Bengals- Darrelle Revis

19. Tennessee Titans- Dwayne Jarrett

20. New York Giants- Paul Posluszny

21. Houston Texans (via Denver Broncos)- Chris Houston

22. Dallas Cowboys- Dwayne Bowe

23. New Orleans Saints (via Carolina via Kansas City Chiefs)- Aaron Ross

24. New England Patriots (via SEA)- Micheal Griffin

25. New York Jets- Justin Blalock

26. Philadelphia Eagles- Joe Staley

27. Carolina (via New Orleans Saints)- Greg Olsen

28. New England Patriots- Jon Beason

29. Baltimore Ravens- Ryan Khalil

30. San Diego Chargers- Tedd Ginn Jr.

31. Washington Redskins (via Chicago Bears)- Justin Harrell

32. Indianapolis Colts- Robert Meachem

some guys were left off but it just made it too complicated to try and get them in here:

The jets could have picks anyone of these guys:

Ben Grubbs (coulda went to the Jets but Blalock brings more versatility)

Jarvis Moss (not sure where to put him)

Johnathan Wade Borderline 1st

I think Merriweather might sneak into the first but iffy on his character.

Okay fire away boys.

I thought it was interesting that we submitted mock's within a minute from each other. Your mock took it to a new level with all the trades going on. I didn't really want to get into all that so I just ran with what it was at. I just can't see all that swaping of picks.

I can see the Panthers trading down. I feel like Olson is the right guy but they could go down 10 spots and still get him. I do think Cleveland goes with Quinn and Peterson Falls a little bit. I'm obviously a huge fan of his, but these teams don't have a huge need for RB so he's hard to predict.

Overall, very complicated but a nice job soting things out the way you did. Can you imagine if you nail some of those trades?

1. Oakland Raiders- JaMarcus Russell

They haven’t made any move that would say that they would take Johnson here and that is the only reason I have them taking Russell here.

2. Detroit Lions- Calvin Johnson

Detroit keeps a short memory and take Johnson here as he is the best player in the draft and they would be foolish to let past failures keep them from taking him. They could also take him and hold for trades offer to.

3. Cleveland Browns- Adrian Peterson

I see Cleveland trading out of this pick but I don’t think they will find a suitor who will pay the price for the players left so they take the best superstar potential player left.

4. Tampa Bay Bucs- Gaines Adams

This is an obvious need for Tampa and should take no time making this pick.

5. Arizona Cardinals- Joe Thomas

Other than the possibility of a trade, why not?

6. Miami Dolphins (via Chicago via Washington Redskins)- Brady Quinn

Second trade of the draft after Chicago does the trade with Was. Miami gets a franchise QB that they need and can move on to other areas of need. If Culpepper is healthy Quinn can sit a year if not then its into the fire.

7. Minnesota Vikings- Jamaal Anderson

Vikings have a tough run stopping defense but need a pass rush and Anderson can provide that and more.

8. Atlanta Falcons (via Hou)- Laron Landry

Obvious pick here Falcons can get to the podium fast enough.

9. Buffalo Bills (via Chicago via Miami Dolphins)- Patrick Willis

Chicago continues to take advantage of the Briggs trade and move around again. Buffalo knows that San Fran wants Willis and with the rumors of Houston and Denver trade they make an assertive move to get him.

10. Denver Broncos (via Houston Texans)- Amobi Okoye

Not sure who Denver is moving up to get but they need a pass rush to really take advantage of the Cornerback play that they have now.

11. San Fran 49ers – Adam Carriker

With Willis gone San Fran picks up Carriker and drafts out as usually. Also considered Jarrett here too.

12. Chicago (via Buffalo Bills)- Lawrence Timmons

Wow what great moves by Chicago they get extra picks and replaces Briggs. Bravo.

13. St. Louis Rams- Alan Branch

Rams start working on a more powerful Defense and starts with a stout run stopper.

14. Kansas City (via Carolina Panthers)- Levi Brown

Carolina wants a pass catcher here but doesn’t have the cap room to pay one here. Kansas City see the teams ahead of them and realize that a good LT might not fall to them.

15. Pittsburg Steelers- Leon Hall

Defense needs work.

16. Green Bay Packers- Marshawn Lynch

Yippie Green Bay gets a new RB.

17. Jacksonville Jags- Reggie Nelson

Despite some mocks that have Ginn here Jags are hurt in the defensive backfield and Nelson is an immediate upgrade.

18. Cincinnati Bengals- Darrelle Revis

Cornerback and LB seem to be the biggest need for the Bengals so they take the 2nd rated CB on most boards.

19. Tennessee Titans- Dwayne Jarrett

With so many needs now the Titans help the guys that’s gonna help them and bring in some weapons. With plenty of other picks they can get the other needs address in later rounds.

20. New York Giants- Paul Posluszny

No real reason why I have him here other than I think this is where he should go in the draft.

21. Houston Texans (via Denver Broncos)- Chris Houston

They are dancing in the streets of Houston (Or maybe that’s just me.) This is the biggest need for the Texans and they get extra picks to do this too. They could have possible gotten the best corner in the draft here.

22. Dallas Cowboys- Dwayne Bowe

I had Blalock or Staley going here but it made my mock too hard to do so they grab an offensive weapon they can use early.

23. New Orleans Saints (via Carolina via Kansas City Chiefs)- Aaron Ross

The Saints get antsy and make a move for the last 1st round corner in Ross. Too big of a need not to make this trade and Carolina will still be looking to trade down.

24. New England Patriots (via SEA)- Micheal Griffin

DUH

25. New York Jets- Justin Blalock

One of the hardest picks to make here they could have gone Blalock, Olsen, Wade, Meachem, or Beason. I picked Blalock over staley because of versatility.

26. Philadelphia Eagles- Joe Staley

Another hard pick and Philly takes to best big ugly as usual.

27. Carolina (via New Orleans Saints)- Greg Olsen

I think they really want him but I’m not sure he belongs in the 1st.

28. New England Patriots- Jon Beason

I actually think New England trades out of this pick and gets future picks keeps the Dynasty rolling.

29. Baltimore Ravens- Ryan Khalil

Makes to much sense.

30. San Diego Chargers- Tedd Ginn Jr.

They cant believe he fell this far. Excellent compliment to Jackson and give them a great return man if they trade Turner.

31. Washington Redskins (via Chicago Bears)- Justin Harrell

As usual Washington has to settle for what they get as they use all their pick the year before.

32. Indianapolis Colts- Robert Meachem

Fringe pick and they could really use that 3rd wr.

Honestly without trading the picks there is no way to get these picks right. I didn't want to do alot of trading either but once i started it just took on a life of its own. Thanks for the comments.

12. Chicago (via Buffalo Bills)- Lawrence Timmons

Wow what great moves by Chicago they get extra picks and replaces Briggs. Bravo.
If Chicago pulled that off and took Timmons at #12, they would be glorified for a great draft. If the Bills sat at #12 and took Timmons, they would reamed for reaching big time.

26. Philadelphia Eagles- Joe Staley

Another hard pick and Philly takes to best big ugly as usual.

The Eagles have Herremans and Justice already waiting to take over the OT positions this has zero chance of happening.

I agree if ther draft shakes out as you fell it will, The birds take Beason, Meeriweather or trade out of the 1st altogether.

I had them taking Merriweather at first but thought Staley should be in the first and had no where else to put him.
