QB decision (1 Viewer)

I have Mariota, benched him last week against the Broncos.  Now he has the Chiefs and I'm thinking of benching him again. 

Choices are:

Flacco vs Eagles

Tyrod Taylor vs Browns

Smith vs TItans

Kaepernick vs Falcons

Tough call between Flacco and Taylor, but I feel like you can deny how bad the Browns D has been week in/out. Plus Taylor can run.

I'd go taylor

Do you need upside or floor?  Do you get negatives for turnovers?

For shear upside I would go with Taylor. 

If you need a high floor I go with Smith.

I like Flacco as long as the weather is ok and if not Taylor upside and Smith floor play
