QB HELP -- Brees or Burrow? (1 Viewer)

Have to make a tough decision early this week on my quarterback in several leagues. Joe Burrow (Thursday night) at Cleveland facing a beat up Browns secondary OR Drew Brees (Monday night) on the road in Las Vegas without perhaps top-receiver Michael Thomas?

I like Burrow but I'd still stick with Brees.  Maybe more short passing game to Kamara et al but I still think the passing will be there.
