QB Help - WHIR (1 Viewer)

Need some help deciding on my QB start this week and a potential pick up. Currently have Ryan slotted in as my only QB, but his next 3 game stretch is a bit scary. Thinking about picking another up - would drop my most expendable player, Snead. No big deal if needed. But not sure which if I do and who I would start afterwards. Standard scoring:
Current:
Matt Ryan vsCAR (@DEN, @SEA next 2)

Available:
Derek Carr @BAL (vsSD, vsKC next 2)
Ryan Tannehill @CIN (vsTEN, vsPIT next 2, plus have Cincy's D - would drop for WAS)
Trevor Siemian @TB (vsATL, @SD next 2)

Thoughts? Advice appreciated.

Carr is available??? Ya pick him up.  There has to be someone else to drop besides Snead though

Thanks man! It's only a 10 team standard league with friends and I made some moves so my team ended up being pretty stacked:

RBs: David Johnson, Frank Gore, Latavius Murray, Charles Sims, Spencer Ware

WRs: Jordy Nelson, Allen Robinson, T.Y. Hilton, Larry Fitzgerald, Brandon Marshall, Willie Snead

Only one player at QB, TE, K, and DEF each. 

Tried to make some more trades with Marshall, Snead, Ware on the block but people were being stubborn. Still trying though, specifically trying to nab Rivers+extra from a guy and interested in Jordan Howard on the wire too. But for the original question, who would be more droppable than Snead if I pick up Carr? Ware?

i would drop snead before ware
