Question for Florida (Orlando or Tampa Bay) FBGs (1 Viewer)

We are headed to Orlando in mid-December. Primarily to go to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. While we are in the area we noticed the Tampa Bay Bucs are hosting the New Orleans Saints on Sunday afternoon and are considering getting tickets to the game.

Can any Tampa Bay or Orlando area FBGs offer any pointers on travelling from Orlando to Tampa Bay for the game (i.e. tour buses that run from Orlando to Tampa for the games, park & ride options, etc)?

TIA

Tampa Zoo is really cool for kids. My boy was 2 1/2 when we went and he loved it.

Also you better be saying who dat!

In Orlando, but I've never done this, although I've heard of it. Can't vouch for quality, but looks like the Bucs sponsor this direct from their website. Tickets and transportation on a coach bus from I- Drive in Orlando.

Most major hotels might offer round trip options to the game. Check with your hotel, if not ask them for suggestions. Otherwise rent a car and take the 1 hour ride to Tampa and tailgate before the game or use MC's suggestion on the Buc's bus it's close to Disney/Universal. Live in Otown and mid Dec. is peak for the theme parks so also think about fast passes to avoid long lines in the theme parks. Have fun...
