Question regarding Saints TE projections (1 Viewer)

Forgive me if it's a faux pas to question the projections.

Saints TEs caught 54 passes last year and 44 the year before that but are only projected to have 38 receptions this season. I know it's a new coaching staff and QB but Dallas threw 71 passes to the TE last year and San Diego threw 100. I know there's not a TE in New Orleans as good as anything they have in Dallas or SD but I still can't figure out why the team is expected to regress in that area.

Can anyone help me figure out what I'm missing?

Dodds really likes Bush. He's probably projecting RB receptions to increase, and barring a significant increase in overall offensive effectiveness, someones receptions have to correspondingly decrease.
